The client Transfer Oil contacted our studio to produce renderings of industrial tubes in order to renew and update their website. The objective for this project was to transmit certain details of the tubes to the client, i.e. to perceive the diameter of the best-selling model of that category, to visualise its characterising reinforcement, and to have a realistic correspondence of the new laser marking of the logo.
The difficulty of this project was to combine fidelity to reality and the communication of the image, without burdening it with details not useful for understanding the technical product.
Before starting with the project, we drew up a detailed database of the tubes on the site, in order to know exactly how many renderings were needed and any common points between the various images.
We then organised the Keyshot file in such a way as to optimise the process, in terms of materials and the pipe model.
In this way, we produced 57 renderings, which guided the end customer to the choice of the product they needed.
Seeing the result, we suggested to the customer to add the possibility of enlarging the image on the site, in order to appreciate the detail of the images to the maximum, a suggestion that was enthusiastically accepted.
