PELLINI S.p.A. commissioned our Industrial Design Studio to conceive and design a completely innovative remote control, to remotely manage the adjustment of “Venetian style” blinds wireless. Thanks to the consolidated collaboration with PELLINI, permitting us to know in depth the characteristics making their products unique, we have conceived and created am avant-garde-design remote control, at the same time functional, ergonomic, easy to install, and equipped with a complete and intuitive interface.
The remote control we have designed is suitable for different types of mounting:
The simple and easy-to-use interface makes the remote control practical and extremely functional, allowing you to quickly adjust the slats of the blind as per the variations of the external light.
The use of the rechargeable battery makes the installation easier, with no intervention on the wring plant required.
Through the synergy between our know-how and PELLINI’s experience, a highly innovative product was born, distinguishing from the competitors: the elegance of the design and the innovative features of the functions make this remote control an authentic excellence Made in Italy.
To make the installation of the remote control easier to the end user, we were also asked to create some video tutorials to support the technical staff during the installation phase, also useful as as a future reference and troubleshooting for the end user.
The initial briefing focused on the need to explain every instruction and message through images – making the most of animations and infographics without the use of text – to make the tutorials universal regardless of the installer’s / user’s language.
The subsequent designing and creating process has been carried out through a sequence of activities that clearly show how much a consolidated collaboration positively can improve the speed and effectiveness of the execution:
The excellent result obtained has meant that PELLINI S.p.A. define us as “An excellent Partner, able to support our company in strategic, technical, and commercial decisions“.
