Entering the competitive professional welding market as a new player brings risks and opportunities: being able to minimize the former, and fully grab the latter ones the key is to success.
Thanks to the photorealistic product rendering activity carried out by our Industrial Design Studio, LOCKERMANN was able to present itself on the market “chicly”, with a product already perfectly stylized, developed and with the most effective communication tools.
We were contacted by the company to develop the concept of a new professional MIG / MAG welding torch to be presented at the SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN fair in Essen in Germany: this activity appeared immediately as a critical point, as the torch with internal cooling was the product with which the company intended to present itself on the market for the first time.
Every single detail has therefore been carefully studied,
to immediately eliminate any potential criticality.
We have presented to the company several style Renders, both functional, design and photorealistic, quickly proposing different product versions, in order to provide them with a wide variety of options. This made them able to to select the best version, from both the aesthetic and ergonomic/functional point of view, and production costs too.
This phase has become decisive to allow LOCKERMANN to propose a highly personalized product, recognizable, innovative and unique, maximizing the competitiveness of the production process, to distinguish itself from the competitors immediately.
Once the definitive style of the new professional welding torch was identified, LOCKERMANN also commissioned us to create the 3D video animation to support their communication and marketing actions for the Essen exhibition.
The success of this collaboration is a matter of facts definitely: LOCKERMANN is now a highly well-established company in its industry, and entrusted us with several further activities, to be able to offer on the market a complete line of coordinated products for professional welding. .
