Keeping busy during Covid-19 lockdown

Our reading tips

We have been working from home since the 9th of March due to the situation caused by the Coronavirus. However our work is continuing steadily and smart working has proved to be an excellent opportunity!
We found ourselves with more free time than usual on our hands, but we surely found some creative ways to spend it pleasantly.
In particular we decided to share on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages a book each, that we believe has had an important impact on our training; this initiative has been greatly appreciated by our visitors.
The first book was recommended by our general director and chief designer Eros Angelini, who chose “Da cosa nasce cosa” by Bruno Munari.

Then Valentina Milan, a design student at the IUAV University of Venice who has recently concluded her internship at our studio, suggested “Just My Type: A Book About Fonts” by Simon Garfield.

Next it was the turn of junior designer Denise Rismeni, who recommended “CROMORAMA: Come il colore ha cambiato il nostro sguardo” by Riccardo Falcinelli.

Finally, the choice of Michele Predolin -  as senior designer and father – was Maria Montessori’s “The Absorbent Mind”.
